About Havkajak Bornholm

In 2008, Jens Jørgensen and Cecilie Mattsson set up Havkajak Bornholm in Aarsdale as a summertime business. In the beginning, they organised guided kayak tours during the high season. However, year by year, interest grew, and Havkajak Bornholm now offers a wide and varied program of exciting kayak tours and courses throughout the island. For Havkajak Bornholm, safety and security are the top priority. It is important for us that all our customers and students get out of their kayaks at the end of a trip or training session having had a great experience, knowing they’ve been in safe, responsible hands throughout. We adhere to the Danish Maritime Authority's sea-kayaking guidelines.

The infinite sea and the beauty and diversity of the coastline offer great adventures in sea kayaking. Quiet meditative sailing, action and excitement in the waves, technical manoeuvres between the rocks, and the vast challenging crossing to Ertholmene – all this and more!
